Ready to ship pieces are normally dispatched within the timeframe indicated on the product page.

Pre order pieces will be dispatched according to their estimated delivery timeframe.

Made to order pieces will be dispatched following completion of production.

Delivery and production times are estimates and may be subject to change.

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import charges upon arrival.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by the authorities of the destination country.

Delays caused by customs procedures are outside our control.

Pre-Order

If there is a significant change to the expected delivery timeframe, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.

Made to Order

Selected Cee’s pieces are produced individually following an order.

Estimated production times are indicated on each product page.

Made to order pieces are produced in Cee’s standard sizing unless otherwise specified. Please review the measurements provided before ordering.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please contact info@ceeforcees.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once a return has been approved, return instructions will be provided by email.

Returned pieces must be unworn, unused and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration or damage may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non refundable except where required by applicable law.

Specific return conditions may apply to personalised, altered or specially produced pieces where permitted by applicable law. Any such conditions will be indicated before purchase.

This return policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights that may apply to your purchase.

Refunds

Once a return has been received and accepted, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
